Online Store Operations Manager

Sainsbury’s Group is seeking an Online Delivery Manager to lead and coordinate a large team of shoppers and drivers for our in-store online service. You will drive performance, coach staff, and collaborate with store managers to optimise the overall shopping experience for customers.

Core responsibilities include ensuring early morning operations for picking and deliveries, managing performance and scheduling, and upholding safety and service standards across online and in-store channels.
