• Gather requirements for digital products with stakeholders, aligning them with business objectives and user needs
• Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify improvement and automation opportunities
• Support solution design by balancing user needs, technical constraints, and business goals
• Assist with testing, validation, and user acceptance activities
• Help ensure delivered solutions meet expectations and provide value
• Determine and develop user requirements for production systems to maximize usability and user experience
• Design and implement digital solutions with cross-functional teams to address business challenges
• Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specifications, and process flow documentation
• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and build stakeholder consensus
• Recommend potential applications of emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance business operations
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to measure solution success and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Lead system documentation, support user testing, promote best-practice digital processes, and help implement new technologies

Требования:

• 3-5 Years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in digital or technology-focused projects
• Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience writing user stories, requirements, and process flows
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid delivery environments
• Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Confidence facilitating discussions and asking relevant questions
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
• Familiarity with Domain Driven Design and Domain Story Telling
