Facilities Operations Lead – Hard Services & Compliance

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Manager to oversee maintenance and facilities services at the client’s site in London. You will manage resources, drive performance improvements, and maintain IMS quality compliance while coordinating with the client and Supervisors.

The role requires a strong background in hard services FM, an electrical or mechanical discipline, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
