Content & Community Lead — Speaking Practice Guidance

AceSpeak is looking for a Content & Community Lead to build product help, guidance and community support. You will write practical content and manage feedback channels to help users practise speaking with confidence.

Responsibilities

• Write and edit help content for interviews, presentations and speaking practice
• Create in-app guidance and onboarding content
• Manage user feedback and community touchpoints
• Align messaging across product, marketing and support
• Monitor sentiment and turn feedback into improvements

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years in content, community or editorial roles, ideally with apps or education products
• Strong written English and the ability to explain product features clearly
• Experience with help content, email copy or user guidance
• Collaborative and organised, with a user-first mindset

Nice to have

• Public speaking, interview prep, or learning/edtech content experience
• Mobile app support or community-building experience

Employment: Full time. Location: Remote / hybrid within the UK; London preferred. Salary: £40,000-£55,000 / year.
