Junior Sous Chef – Weekday Kitchen Lead (Canary Wharf)

Compass Group UK is seeking a proactive Junior Sous Chef for our Canary Wharf kitchen. In a fast-paced, professional environment, you will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily operations and help maintain high standards of quality, presentation and hygiene.
