Company Of Cooks is hiring an Assistant General Manager for Guinness Open Gate Brewery, London. You will lead one of the two restaurant concepts during a dynamic pre-opening and launch period, ensuring a memorable guest experience.
You will recruit, train and develop your team, manage daily operations including service, health & safety, stock and financial targets, and collaborate with culinary and drinks teams to bring the concept to life. 40 hours per week.
