Wonderfield Group is seeking a Retail Training Manager for the Southern Region. Based at Wonderfield L&D – Head Office, the role requires frequent UK and Ireland travel to partner with teams and drive capability and customer experience across our retail and dining concepts.
You will design and deliver engaging learning programs, lead workshops and coaching sessions, and build strong relationships with operational leaders and front-line teams to improve performance.
