Curriculum Lead – Child, Health & Social Care Excellence

Coventry College invites an enthusiastic Curriculum Lead for Child, Health and Social Care to drive teaching quality and learner outcomes. Reporting to the Curriculum Manager, you will lead teaching staff and collaborate with employers, external stakeholders and support services to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and inclusive.

You will analyse learner performance data, monitor progress, and implement strategies to improve achievement, retention and progression across the provision.
