OSJCT Group is seeking a Relief Support Worker in Aylesbury to assist residents with daily routines, personal care and engaging activities. You will contribute to a warm, safe and respectful home environment, joining a team dedicated to dignity and independence for older adults.
You will perform light household tasks, support social events and help residents stay connected with the local community. A Diploma/NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards is preferred.
