Senior Care Team Leader – Dementia & Wellbeing

West Northamptonshire Council is seeking an experienced Team Leader for Southfields Care Home in Northampton. You will lead care teams to deliver outstanding, person-centred care for older residents, including those living with dementia, physical disabilities and sensory impairments.

You will oversee care plans, risk assessments and staff induction, while supporting the Home Manager with administrative and operational duties to maintain high standards of care and wellbeing.
