Action for Children is seeking a Practitioner for the Guernsey Youth & Housing Project to empower young people aged 13–25 by delivering personalised support and evidence‑based interventions focused on housing, personal and economic wellbeing.
You will work with young people at risk of homelessness, developing personalised plans, building trusting relationships, and delivering one-to-one, group, and classroom activities within a collaborative team across the service.
