Male Support Worker – Home Care for ABI

Active Care Group is seeking a Male Support Worker in the Milford Haven/Haverfordwest area to assist a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury in his own home. You will provide compassionate support, help with daily routines, and promote independence on every shift.
