Care Team Leader – Sleep-In & On-Call Roles

Shaftesbury Aberystwyth is recruiting a Team Leader to oversee the day to day running of our Hafan Y Coed and Brodawel services in Aberystwyth. You will lead staff and support the people we care for, ensuring a high standard of compassionate, person-centred care.

Ideal candidates will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards it. Sleep-in duties carry an extra £60 per session and there is an on‑call rota with £10 per session.
