Target Housing is seeking a dedicated Housing Support Worker to join the THRIVE Project in Sheffield, supporting individuals with complex needs to achieve independent living.
You’ll deliver 1:1 and group support, complete risk assessments, develop support plans, and collaborate with external agencies to create a holistic care approach. A driving licence is essential to access client homes and carry out duties.
