Lead, Homelessness Outreach & Support Teams

Change Grow Live in Lewisham is seeking a motivated Team Leader for the Homelessness Team. You will lead an outreach group, coordinating with partners to move individuals from the streets into safer housing options.

This is a full-time role based in Lewisham, with a fixed-term contract for 6 months. The role requires experience in homelessness services, knowledge of welfare systems, and the ability to manage a busy service while remaining adaptable and compassionate.
