East Coast Community Healthcare CIC in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area is seeking a Neurology Nurse to join the Integrated Community Neurology Team. The post focuses on delivering specialist nursing care to people with Parkinson’s, MS and motor neurone disease in the community, coordinating with the MDT.
You will work autonomously, develop and manage care plans, support clinics, home visits and education around disease-modifying therapies, and contribute to a seamless integrated neurology
