Field-Based Floating Support Specialist

Plus Dane Housing is seeking a Floating Support Advisor to deliver person-centred support to vulnerable customers across Merseyside, helping them build independence and sustain their tenancies.

You will assess customer needs, develop tailored support plans, and work with partner agencies to ensure access to the right services at the right time.
