Community Mental Health Outreach Specialist

Turning Point is seeking an Outreach Mental Health Support Worker to assist adults in their own homes across the Manchester Area. You will bridge people with essential services, promoting independence and wellbeing in a compassionate community setting.

The role involves working 37 hours per week with shifts across a 7-day period, including weekends and bank holidays. We welcome flexible working to support work-life balance and service users in their homes.
