Orkney Islands Council is seeking a Relief Care Organiser to coordinate and deploy social care staff across the Short Breaks and Supported Living Network in Kirkwall. The post requires managing cover for annual leave, sickness and other absences, with careful communication to carers and service users.
The role reports to the Senior Social Care Worker and the Registered Manager and carries responsibilities to ensure delivery of outcomes.
