Adult Speech & Swallowing Therapist for Community Care

CENTRAL LONDON COMMUNITY HEALTHCARE NHS TRUST is seeking a motivated Speech and Language Therapist to join our adult SLT team on a temporary basis. You will assess and treat adults with communication and swallowing difficulties, working with patients, carers and the multidisciplinary team.

You will manage dysphagia assessments, provide education and training to staff and carers, maintain clinical documentation, and contribute to governance and service improvement within a large community health
