Evening Recovery Support Worker

The Nelson Trust is seeking a Late Support Worker to provide calm, compassionate care to residents in residential treatment during evenings and nights, helping to maintain a safe, structured environment and support recovery journeys.

Key duties include room checks, medication administration and health & safety checks, de-escalation when needed, accurate records and clear handovers to the care team. Experience in trauma-informed care is valued.
