Operations Support Officer (Rotating Shifts)

The Ministry of Justice is seeking an Operational Support Grade to help run a busy prison. You will work in a close-knit team performing patrol and gate duties, manage deliveries, supervise visitors, and monitor phone calls and CCTV, including night shifts.

You will work a 37-hour week across shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, with a pro-rata annual leave and a range of Civil Service benefits, including a Level 2 apprenticeship in customer service and access to pensions.
