Spinnaker Ward at St Mary’s Hospital, Portsmouth is looking to recruit caring, motivated and enthusiastic Healthcare Support Workers to join our inpatient team.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play an important role in supporting patients and registered nursing staff to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care. You will work closely with patients to support their daily living needs, promote independence, undertake routine observations, assist with physical healthcare activities and contribute to maintaining a safe and therapeutic ward environment.
We are looking for compassionate individuals who have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude and a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality care. Previous healthcare experience is desirable but not essential as full training and support will be provided.
