Senior Children’s Residential Lead & Deputy Manager

The Abbey in Staffordshire is seeking a proactive Senior Children’s Residential Support Worker / Deputy Manager to join our staff team. You will lead shifts, support young people, and work with the management team to maintain high standards of care.

Responsibilities include safeguarding, care planning, and day-to-day running of the home, including sleep-in duties. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required.
