The Skipton Academy is seeking an Assistant Pastoral Lead to support students across Year 7 to Year 11. The post is full‑time, 37 hours per week, term time plus five days, with a salary of £25,406–£27,559 per annum.
The successful candidate will join our inclusive pastoral team to promote wellbeing and positive learner engagement. The appointed person will be firm but fair, with high expectations and a commitment to every student’s potential through mentoring and collaboration.
