Housing & Resident Services Officer

Medirest Signature in Chorley is recruiting a Housing Accommodation Officer to join the Council’s Extra Care facility at Tatton Gardens. You will deliver a professional front-line service, handle enquiries, and support access to housing and council services.

The role covers inductions, housing plans, tenancy management, rent collection and income recovery, while maintaining records and processing payments and repairs. It also supports a safe environment through CCTV and risk assessments.
