Key Eligibility Criteria
- Junior qualified solicitor, ideally holding NQ–2 PQE.
- Demonstrable experience within a commercial real estate or property team.
- Background from a large international law firm or a strong regional practice.
- Strong commercial property transaction knowledge combined with solid drafting and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities & Scope of Work
- Handle acquisitions and disposals of commercial property.
- Manage commercial leasing, landlord and tenant matters.
- Contribute to property development, investment work, real estate finance, and secured lending matters.
- Handle portfolio and asset management alongside property due diligence.
- Draft and negotiate leases, agreements, and other property documentation.
- Support senior lawyers on complex transactions and build direct client relationships.
Stipend, Compensation & Mode
