Confero Recruitment Group Ltd is seeking a detail‑focused Compliance Officer to support landlord safety and compliance across a diverse property portfolio in Scotland. You will monitor servicing, inspections and follow‑ups across gas, electrical, fire safety, asbestos, water hygiene, legionella, lifts and damp and mould.
You will maintain compliance calendars, coordinate contractors, issue instructions, review certificates and prepare reports, dashboards and KPI updates for governance forums.
