People & Culture Coordinator: HR, Recruitment & Engagement

ABL Health Ltd. is seeking a People & Culture assistant to gain broad HR exposure in Bolton. You will support recruitment, learning and development, and maintain HR records and systems, contributing to employee engagement and timely information flow.

Working with the Recruitment Partner and HR team, you will help coordinate pre-employment checks, onboarding, training administration and KPI reporting, while upholding GDPR and confidentiality standards.
