1:1 Early Years SEN Support Worker (Reception) – Warm & Patient

Protocol Education Limited is seeking a patient and nurturing SEN Support Worker to join a specialist school in South Shields, providing 1:1 support to a Reception pupil. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm, with potential progression to a permanent 8:00am-4:00pm contract.

The successful candidate will build routines, establish trust, and respond calmly to distress, requiring empathy, patience and understanding.
