Churchill Estates Management is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our growing team at Ringwood head office. You will provide expert, pragmatic advice to managers and colleagues, lead ER cases, and support organisational change with a focus on compliant people practices.

You’ll work 5 days onsite, bringing strong employment law knowledge, CIPD Level 5, and solid experience with HRIS and MS Office to deliver high-quality HR services across the business.
