Orkney Islands Council is seeking a Refuse Collector to cover various locations in Orkney. The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, with a salary of £30,758–£30,989 and a £15.94–£16.06 hourly rate. Distant Islands Allowance is included.
The post reports to the Team Manager Environmental Services Operations and involves refuse collection, street sweeping, litter picking and related duties. Working patterns are 8:00–16:00 Monday to Thursday and 8:00–15:30 on Friday; flexible working arrangements
