HR Advisor & Employee Relations Specialist

Northern Ireland Electricity Networks Limited is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Belfast team. The role requires delivering professional HR advice across employee relations, recruitment, policy interpretation and documentation within a busy utility environment.

You will be degree-educated in HRM or related, hold Assoc CIPD, and have 3+ years of advisory experience. A UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential as part of the role.
