What You’ll Do
Source and qualify candidates for exciting client roles
Build strong client relationships and understand hiring needs
Deliver excellent service throughout the recruitment process
Improve processes to increase speed and quality
Work toward targets with full training and ongoing support
What We’re Looking For
A graduate with a Bachelor’s degree (or strong customer-facing experience)
Motivated and goal-oriented, with the drive to meet performance targets
Resilient under pressure and comfortable with deadlines
