Evening Clerical Officer — Data & Customer Queries

North Ayrshire Council is recruiting for an administrative post within the HSCP Out of Hours Team for Care at Home Services. You will handle telephone queries, minute taking, and data retrieval while upholding confidentiality and NAC policies.

The role is office based with a 2 on 2 off, 5 on 5 off shift pattern and hours 6pm to 11pm, including evenings and weekends. Interviews may be in person or via Microsoft Teams.
