You’ll work closely with colleagues across our academies, providing trusted HR support and helping to make sure our people processes work effectively.

About the Role

No two days will be quite the same. You’ll be involved across the employee journey, supporting recruitment and onboarding, keeping our HR systems and information up to date, responding to queries and working with academy colleagues to ensure they receive the support they need.

We’d love to hear from you if you already have experience of working in HR, recruitment or a similar people-focused environment and are ready to build on that experience. You’ll be someone who can organise and prioritise effectively, communicate confidently and use your initiative to get things done. Attention to detail is important, but so is your approach. We’re looking for someone who is approachable, helpful and committed to providing a great service to colleagues across Ascent.

Why Join Our HR Team?

You’ll be joining a team where your contribution matters. This is an opportunity to broaden your HR experience, take ownership and work with colleagues across our academies while helping us continue to improve the support we provide.

If you’re looking for a role where you can broaden your HR experience, take ownership and make your contribution count, this could be the opportunity for you.
