Grading Technology Lead – Production & Quality

HRGO Group is seeking a Head of Grading Technology to oversee the Canterbury grading department. The role focuses on leading a team, improving productivity, quality and overall efficiency of grading operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will monitor performance metrics, coordinate with Planning, Quality Control and Engineering, and ensure compliance with health and food safety standards. This is a temporary-to-permanent position with weekend availability and long shifts.
