Food Shift Lead — Floor Operations & Service

Marks & Spencer in Godalming is seeking a frontline retail colleague to keep the sales floor ready to trade. You will coordinate resources to serve, sell and fill, and lead the floor in the absence of the Colleague Manager.

You’ll model great customer service, handle cash, assist with opening and closing, maintain a clean, safe, well-presented store, and support nearby stores when required. Hours include early mornings and evenings with an unsocial premium of £3 per hour for hours between 22:00
