Luxury Jewellery Assistant Manager – Elevate Service

Diamonds Factory, part of Neve Jewels Group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Lakeside team in Chadwell St Mary. You’ll work with Store Manager to lead a small team, drive sales, and provide the warm, personal service our customers expect when choosing engagement rings and luxury jewellery.

This hands-on role involves coaching colleagues, supporting customers, and taking responsibility when the Store Manager is away. 40 hours per week, weekends on rota, with start date 2026-10-01.
