Learning Support Assistant — SEND Champion for Young Learners

Heartsease Primary Academy is seeking a caring Learning Support Assistant to help pupils access learning, build confidence and independence, working closely with teachers and the SENDCo.

The role is 37 hours per week over 38 weeks per year, fixed term to 31 August 2027, with NJC Scale 2 SP3-4 (£25,614–£26,016 FTE or £21,417–£21,753 actual). Start ASAP; closing date 16 October 2026; interviews 21 October 2026. Unity Schools Partnership safeguards and equality commitments apply.
