Job Description:
Culina Logistics is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operative to join the Haverhill team, supporting our Warehouse Pick operation in a modern, fast-paced environment. This full-time role involves 12-hour day shifts on a 4 on, 4 off pattern, 07:00–19:00, in a chilled warehouse (2–4°C).
Salary is £29,511 per annum with performance-based pick bonuses up to £1,200 per month for high performers. Banked hour contracts average 40 hours per week.
