Store Manager: Lead Customer Experience & Growth

The North Face store in Bridgend, Wales, part of VF Corporation, is seeking an energetic Store Manager to lead a team, drive sales and deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll balance people development with operational excellence to ensure brand standards and store performance are achieved.

You will oversee inventory, merchandising, and KPI reporting while maintaining a strong customer focus and a positive, engaging store environment. Weekend/evening work may be required.
