Attendance & Family Support Specialist

LittleLondon Academy is seeking an Attendance and Family Support Coordinator to drive improved attendance, safeguard pupils, and provide early help support to families and staff. You will work with pupils, families and external agencies to remove barriers to learning and ensure every pupil reaches their potential.

The role requires building strong relationships, effective communication, and the ability to manage a varied caseload across attendance and safeguarding duties.
