Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic and reliable warehouse operatives to join our client’s team, one of the UK’s biggest and well-known retail groups.

As a Warehouse Operative, your daily tasks will include:

• Picking, packing, and processing orders
• Scanning and pricing stock
• Loading and unloading goods
• Labelling, sorting, and palletising items
• General warehouse cleaning and housekeeping
• Always Complying with Health & Safety procedures

Salary:

• Day Shift – £12.71 per hour
• Evening Shift – up to £13.05 per hour
• Night Shift – up to £13.80 per hour
• Additional £1.00/hour for shifts starting on Saturdays or Sundays

Shifts Available:

• Day Shift

  06:00 – 14:30

  Rota: Any 5 from 7 (40 hours/week)

• Evening Shift

  14:30 – 23:00

  Rota: Any 5 from 7 (40 hours/week)

• Night Shift

  21:30 – 06:00

  Rota: 4 ON / 2 OFF (40 hours/week)

Additional overtime may be available during peak periods.

Physical Requirements:

• Standing/walking for long periods (5 to 8.5 hours)
• Lifting and moving items up to 25kg
• Bending, stretching, and reaching above shoulder height
• Manual dexterity in both hands and wrists
• Pushing and pulling stock up to 25kg
