Part-Time Customer Adviser – Build Relationships

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Customer Adviser to join our friendly branch team on a part-time basis. You will engage with customers daily, understand their financial needs, and help them with everyday banking tasks.

You’ll open savings accounts, process transactions, and support colleagues to deliver outstanding service. We provide a 12-week training programme, flexible scheduling, and a supportive, inclusive work environment.
