Global Operations & Registration Specialist (Hybrid London)

The Operational Shared Services Specialist role is part of EZRA within The Adecco Group in London, with a hybrid pattern (3 days in office). You will own end-to-end registration and launch management for open enrolment programs, and coordinate with Customer Success, Billing, and Tech to ensure accurate revenue processing.

You will document processes in Confluence, support data hygiene initiatives, join account team calls, and participate in UAT for updated EZRA functionality.
