South Indian Specialist Chef: Dosas, Appam & Malabar Bread

AR FOODS LTD in Reading is seeking a Specialist Chef (South Indian) to prepare and bake traditional breads and pancakes such as Porotta, Dosas, Idlis, Appam, Puttu, Idiappam, Chapathis and Poori. You will manage inventory of bread and pancake items and assist the main Chef.

English and South Indian language skills are preferred. Salary offered: £30,000 to £40,000 depending on experience, with health and safety compliance and opportunities for accreditation.
