Support Worker: 1:1 Independence & Community Support

Dimensions in Stevenage is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to provide 1:1 assistance to a gentleman in his 30s who lives independently. The role includes day-to-day living support, meal preparation, and medication administration.

You will promote independence, encourage engagement in activities, and maintain a person-centred approach at all times. Shifts are usually from 7.30am to 10.30pm with a sleep-in and a 37.5-hour week, based in Stevenage.
