Housekeeping Team Leader (Full Training Provided)
We’re looking for a friendly, reliable and experienced housekeeper to join Bright & Beautiful Wolverhampton as a Team Lead.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll continue working alongside a small housekeeping team while taking on additional responsibility for supporting colleagues, maintaining our high standards and helping ensure every client receives an exceptional service.
Previous team leadership or professional housekeeping experience isn’t essential. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, has excellent attention to detail, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Whether you’re an experienced housekeeper looking for your next step or completely new to housekeeping, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.
The role is approximately 10–15 hours per week initially, typically Monday to Friday between 9am and 3pm. For someone working across Monday to Friday, these hours can increase to an average of around 20 hours per week.
We also have commercial clients who require early morning starts and later finishes. If you’re looking for additional hours and are able to work outside the usual 9am–3pm window, there is potential to increase your hours by a further 5–10 hours per week.
There is therefore flexibility to build the role around your availability and the number of hours you’re looking for.
You will need a full UK driving licence and your own reliable vehicle to use for business purposes.
