Job Description:
Randstad C&P are recruiting a Mobile Maintenance Technician for the North Tyneside area on a temporary ongoing contract. You will carry out emergency repairs and planned maintenance in occupied and void properties, with a requirement to have an own vehicle and a UK driving licence.
The role involves plumbing fixes, painting and decorating, tiling, carpentry and general maintenance tasks, while ensuring health and safety standards and excellent customer service in residents’ homes.
